Revision Policy
We offer revisions based on the package you select. Clients may request unlimited revisions at no extra cost, as long as the original brief, concept, and direction remain the same. Our standard revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
FAIR USAGE POLICY:
While we provide “unlimited” revisions to ensure your satisfaction, this is subject to a fair usage cap of 30 revisions per project. Any further revisions beyond this limit may be subject to additional charges.
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to protect both our clients and the Company. The following terms apply if an order is canceled or a refund is requested, unless the Company terminates the contract for reasons other than breach or non-performance.
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
General Refund Policy
- Cancellation: You may be eligible for a full refund (less a 10% processing fee) if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement. This does not apply if initial concepts/content have already been delivered or if revisions have been requested within that timeframe. Refunds based purely on a change of mind after 24 hours will not be entertained.
- Pre-delivery Refund: If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial content or design concepts, you may be eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

Post-delivery Refund:
- If a refund is requested within 48 hours of the initial content delivery, you may be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
- If a refund is requested between 48–120 hours of the initial content delivery, you may be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
- No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours of the initial content delivery. However, since we aim for 100% client satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact us so we can assist you further.
- Payment: Payments can be made via checks, all major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of the sales agreement. All deliverables remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
- Order Inactivity: If you do not take any action on your order for 30 days after placing it, the order becomes ineligible for a refund. To reactivate such an order, a reactivation fee may apply depending on the project scope.
- Final Deliverables: Once final files have been delivered, no refund requests will be entertained.
- Custom Packages: For custom or bundled packages, refunds are assessed per individual service within the package. For example, if your package includes a logo and a book cover design and you approve the logo, a refund may only apply to the book cover service, and only if it is still at the initial content stage.
- Refund Reasons: Any refund request must include a valid reason that is assessed against the original brief and revision feedback. If the delivered concepts reasonably follow the provided brief, a refund will not be issued; however, we will continue to offer revisions until a satisfactory outcome is achieved (within fair usage limits).
- Good Faith: Our money-back guarantee assumes that the order is placed in good faith. If a client places the same project with multiple agencies simultaneously to exploit refund policies, the Company reserves the right to decline any refund request.
- Customer Feedback: Creative work requires client involvement. Timely and clear feedback is essential for us to complete your project as desired. The Company cannot be held responsible for delays or dissatisfaction caused by a lack of feedback or participation from the client.
- Unique Content: We guarantee that all content and designs are created uniquely for your project. If any delivered design (such as a book cover or visual asset) is found to be substantially similar to an existing concept, you will be entitled to a redraw. Any resemblance to existing work is purely coincidental, and the Company will not be liable for any compensation claims in such cases. It is the client’s responsibility to register and protect their artwork and intellectual property with the relevant authorities.
